With the appearance of online cash registers, the workload of companies doing the administration and recording of cash-register significantly increased. In the beginning, our partner company which also specialises in the servicing of cash-registers, used to do the recording with the use of our custom software dividing up problems into multiple parts. Based on experiences so far, we combined these modules into a unified software, naming it the „Cash register service manager” software.

Our goal was solve all the problems related to administration with a single input of data (worksheets, annual verification report, ABEV report) and for the software to keep an all around and precise record of the cash-registers operated by their overseeing companies.

At the time of personalization, it takes the register and the owner of the register into record, while also electronically storing the documents of the owner ( signature sample, copy of the register, ID of contracting person, authorisations, etc. ), thus in case of buying a new register replacing the old one, there is no need repeat these tasks. It can store the mobile subscription contract related to the cash register.

If so, it can create invoices from the worksheets created by the service and it also handles the parts and stock record of other products. This way, it provides an all around, full commercial and service system.
